Ashley remembers thinking when she was a kid, “wow… I bet it would be fun to make people laugh as your job.” Originally from California’s East Bay Area, she began studying music at a young age, playing piano in sonata competitions and composing hits like “Happy Father’s Day” (age 3). After graduating from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in voice, it was not a difficult decision to make the move to New York City. Ashley performs all over the Big Apple, be it singing, acting, improvising or singing opera like a crazy person in front of Carnegie Hall (ask her about it). She has enjoyed traveling the world as a singer on board a six-star cruise ship, worked regionally in musical theater, and is thrilled to now be working on some exciting and new artistic adventures in New York City.
